The Board grants an extension. of thirty days time for th,
completion of :he inprovements provided for by Improve_•nt
Resolutions Numbered 91 and 92-1907.
Two proposals were received by the Board for the furniahirf
of rwic for the Parks. One from the Union Band of 15 pleoes
at W.OJ per concert, -and one from The Rictm;ond City Band
Of 20 pieces at $20.00 per concert. The Board unanimously
-accepts the proposal of the Richseord City Band,
The Board did then adjourn,

The Board of Public Works of the City of Biehroad, lndlera,
met in regular session at the office of said Board, Friday
July 5th, 1907, at 10 O'Clock A. K. All LLe.nemp�„s of said
Board being present:- Messrs, Merrill. O'Neal and Johnson,
The following proceedings were had, to-rlt:-
The Board meets to bear remonstrances, if atuq, of persons
primarily assessed or. acc.+alt of the Smprove=::t of thi
alley between North 20th and 21st streets by Grading, Grav-
eling and Bouldering the roadway tberein from North C street
to Korth 910 street, as provided for by DWrovesent Bsaolution W
87-1907. After hearing all persons who apreared, the Board
approves a final assessment roll, confirming Lvi all things,
the original assessment roll as heretofore aprroved, said
assessment roll is further ordered transmitted fortalti to
the Department of Finance.
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons
primarily asses ed on accottrt of the improvement of the
second alley south of gain strut nmrtng East and West,by
the Grading and construction: of a cement roadway therein,
frw, south 5th street to South 6th street, as pro►ided for
by Improvement Resolution 10. 98.1907. After hearing all per,
sons who appeared, the Board approves a final assssswmt roll,
cor bring in all things the original assessment roll as bere-
tofore approved, and orders sate trar=itted forthwith to
the Department of Finance.
