The Board grants petition of g. 0. Henley & Clem Gear, to con-
struct cemt°nt roadway in rear of their properties located at
lath and North "B" streets.
The Board grants petition of M. Co Henley, to construct under
private contract, cement sidewalk and or,mont curb and gutter
on North side of North "B" street from North 14t1: street to the
first alley east.
The Board approves a Primary Assessment roll in the matter of
the improvements provided by Improvement Resolutions, Numbered,
90-1907, 91-%1907. 96-1907 and 99-1907•
The Board me�ts to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons pri-
marily assessed on account of the improvement of South 9th: streot
by the construction of cement curbs and gutters on both sides
thereof from South "A" street to South "B" street as provided
for by Improvemont Resolution NO, 78-1909, After hearing all peN
sons interested who appeaved, the Board approves a final assess-
ment roll, confirming in all things, the original asses:'.ment
roll as heretofore approved, and orders same transmitted forWr
with to the Department of Finance.
The Board meets to Year remonstrances, if any, of persons pri-

Remonstrances were received against the Improvement of North "E°
street by the nonstruction of cement sidewalks and cement curbs
and gutters and paved roadway as provided for by Improv11r.ent
Resolution 110, 125-1907. Same were placed on file.
The Clerk was instructed to notify Alfred C. Underhill, t0 cause
the sidewalk along his property located at the interseetlonf
North "E" and 16th streets to be cleaned and placed in proper
repair.

The Board meets to hear remonstrances if any, and take final
action in the matter of the assessment on account of the impro-
vement of North 12th street, by the construction of ee:nnnt
sidewalks, cement curbs and gutters and Storm sewer therein.

advised, postpones final action thereon until. Friday July,

The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose pro-
perty is liable to be assessed on account of the improvement
of South 1st street by the construction of cement sidewalk and
cement curb and gutters and storm sewer therein from Main street
to Starr Pinno Works, as provided for by ImproUenent Resolution
N0. 127-1907, After hearing all those who appeared, and not
being fully advised in the matter, the hoard postpones final
action thereon until July 26th, 1907.
