The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indians, mot in regular session at the office of said Board, Wednes- day July•31st, 19Q7, at 10 O'Clock A. M. All the members of said Board,.Masarsg Merrill, O'Neal and Johnson being pre. sent: the following proceedings were had, to -wit: - The Board meet@ to hear all persons interested or whose property is affected by reason ofb the proposed vacation of 'Linden Place' from South 22nd street to South 23ni street as provided for by Declaratory Resolution NO, 34-1907. After hearing all persons interested who appeared, and being fully advised in the premises, the Board decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said vacation would equal or exceed the estimated cost of said improvement as appears from a report made by the City Civil Engineer, sad thereupon the Board Lakes final action, confirming with- out modification the original resolution as heretofore adopted. The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose property is affected by reason of the proposed opening and extension of an al'.ey to the width of 14 feet 147 feet net of Boyer street from John to Sherman street, as provided few by Baolaratorq Resolution NO. 25-1907, After hearing all persons who appeared, and being Hilly advised in the premises, the Boat decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said opening of said alley will equal or oxceed the cost of said improvement as appears from a report made by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon the Board takes final action, confirming without modification the original Resolu- tion as heretofore adopted, A remonstranc= was received against the proposed opening Of North 4th street from North °A° street to Main street. Same was read and placed on file, on Motion of Mr. O'Neal the matter of the further consideration of said proposed opening of said street was postponed until January jet, 1908. After hearing all persons interested who appeared, the Board approves a final asses-3ment roll, confirming in all things the origi- nal assessment roll as heretofore approved. The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons yrimarily'assessed on account of the improvement of South 16th street by the construction of cement curbs and gutters or. both sides thereof, from Main street to South 'A' street, as provided for by Improvement Resolution NO. 91-1907, After hearing all persons rho appeared, the Board approves a final assessment roll, confirming In all things the original assess- ment roll as heretofore approved. The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any,of persons primarily assessed on account of the improvement of the west side of South 15th street from South °C, street to South 'D' street by the construction of a cement sidewalk thereon, as provided for by Improvement Resolution NO. 06-1907. Afier hearing all persons interested who appeared, the Board approves a final asse33ment roll, confirming'in all things the ori- ginal assessment roll as heretofore approved. Aids were received for the construction of cement sidewalks on both sides of North 9th street, flora 'Elm Place' to North 'A° street as provided for by Improvement Resolution N0. 114- 1007, as follows: - Ramsey & Davis, Rid .Q? cents per lineal foot. doh" H.
