AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE 2018
MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING PROJECT OF THE YEAR AWARD
WHEREAS, the Borough is desirous of endorsing Gregory R. Valesi of CME Associates
in a submission to the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers for the 2018
Municipal Engineering Project of the Year Awards Program with regard to his
engineering management of The Birth of the Carteret Municipal Marina through
Intergovernmental Cooperation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret as follows:
1. That the Borough endorses Gregory R. Valesi of CME Associates
as the Engineer in responsible charge of the management of The
Birth of the Carteret Municipal Marina through Intergovernmental
Cooperation.
2. Further, the Borough consents to the submission of an award
application for the management of the Borough of Carteret Marina
Project to the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers for the
"2018 Municipal Engineering Project of the Year Awards
Program ".
3. That a certified copy of the Resolution be forwarded to Gregory R.
Valesi of CME Associates for submission with the award
application.
Adopted this 6t day of September, 2018
and certified as a true copy of the
original on September 7, 2018.
