The Board meets to hear remonstrances from persons interested
In the matter of the assessment of damages and benefits on account
of the vacation of, 'Linden Place' as provided for by Declaratory
Resolution. N0, 24-1007, After hearing all those who appeared,(No
remonstrance being filed) and being fully advised in the premises,
the Board unanimously approves a final assessment roll in said
matter, confirming in all things the original assessment roll
heretofore approved and orders same transmitted forthwith to the
Department of Finance,
The Board did then adjourn,

being present: Hosers, Merrill. O'Neal and Johnson, The follo-
wing proceedings were had, to -wit: -
The Engineer. reports the r_ompletion of the improvement of
South 9th street by the construction of cement sidewalks on bo:n
sides thereof, from Main street to South 'E" street and the con-
struction of cement curbs and gutters from South 'B' street to
South "E" street on both sides thereof as provided for by Improve-
ment Resolution NO, 105-1907. The Board accepts same and orders
an assessment roll prepared,
The engineer reports the completion of the improvement of South
9th street by the construction of cement gutter strip on both
bides thereof from Main street to South 'A' street as provided
for by Improvement Resolution N0, 19A-1907, the Board accepts
same and orders an assessment roll prepared.
The Board allows a claim of $10,00 to Richmond Lodge of Eagles,
for advertisement on fence around carnival grounds•
The Board did then adjourn,
