The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board on Welnesday Sept_
ember 4th 1907, at 10 O'clock A, M, All the members of said Board
being present: Hossrs, Merrill. O'Neal and Johnson, The following
prooeedin,;s were had, to-wit:-
Th.c following bids were received for the •Material" and "Labor"
for the flooring of the Doran. Bridge, as follows:-

The Board on motion awards the contract for the material to the
C. lk, 1. Framer Company, and for thelabor to L. M. Jones.
The Board approves a Primary assessment roll In the matter of
the Snprovement of South 9th street by the construction of cement
sidewalks on both sides thereof from Main street to South "E"
street and cement curbs and gutters on both sides thereof from
South "B" street to South "E" street as provided for by Improve-
ment Resolution NO, 105--19;)%
The Board meets to hear remonstrances if any of persons primarily
assessed on account of the improvement of the first alley south
of Main street by the construction of a cement roadway therein
from South 9th street to the first alley west, as provided for
by Improvement Resolution NO, 116-19070 After hearing all persons
who appeared, (No one appeared) the Board approves a final assess-
ment roll, confirming in all thine the original assessment roll
as heretofore approved, and orders same transmitted forthwith to
the Department of Finance,
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, from person Pri�

assessment roll in said matter, confirming in all things
the original assessment roll as heretofore approved, and orders
some transmitted forthwith to the Department of )finance,
