MEETING.OF THE COMMON COUNCIL,SERVING AS A
COMMITTEE IN CHARGE OF THE-OPERATION_ OF THE
MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING & PO-UER PLANT
OF THE- CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA.
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a
Committee in charge of the operation of the Municipal Electric Lighting
and Power Plant of the said City , met in the office of the Board of
Works, Monday ," December 20th, 1943, at 8:30 o'clock P. M. ----Messrs.
Cartwright, Hibberd, Homan, Kinder, Marino, and Wilkins being present
the following proceedings were had to-wit;
The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed
with,
Mr. Homan was appointed to approve the claims before the next reg-
ular meeting.
Mr. Stevens gave a general report on the trouble which occured at
the plant which caused a portion of the current to be off from 8:16
o'clock A. M. to 10:43 o'clock A. M. he also stated an investigation
was being made as such repairs which could be on one of the Generators
at the plant, and a report would be made later.
After allowing claims in the amount of $44,730.20 on proper motion
the Committee adjourned.
