MEETING OF THE COMMON,COUNCIL SERVING AS A
COMMITTEE I `' CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE
MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING & POWER PLANT
OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA.
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a
Committee in charge of the operation of. the Municipal Electric Lighting
and Power Plant of the said City , met in the office of cthe Board of Works
Monday , October 4th, 1943 , at S:30 o•tclock P. M. Messrs 'Brehm, Cartwright
Hibberd, Homan., Marino, Russell, Tracy and Wilkins being present the follow-
ing proceedings were had to-wit;
, The reading of the minutes of the preceding meeting was dispensed with;
Mr. Stevens presented a report on. generation_ for the monthr September
which showed an increase of 17 4/10 over the same period for last year,1914 ,
yet the generation was 6 4/10 below the month of August, 1943.
Mr. Stevens stated , material for installation of the standby service
station had been approved by the Federal Agencies in charge, of such material.
After allowing claims in the amount of $43,S96.26 on proper motion the
Committee adjourned.
