MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL, SERVING AS A
COMMITTEE IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE
MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC_I1IGHTING AND POWER PLANT

The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a
Committee in charge of the operation of the Municipal Electric Lighting
and Power Plant of the s^>>d City , met in the office of the Board of
Works , Monday;.•June 2 .st, 1943, at 7;30 P. M e --Messrs. Brehm ,
Cartwright, Hibberd, Winder, Marino, R+issell, Tracy and Wilkins being
present the following proceedings were had to-wit;

- Mr. Stevens reported the coal supply at the was sufficient th last
a reasonable length of time with other coal in transit if it was not
frozen on the way.
City Attorney Keisker report the claim of William H. Stevens had
been nettled for the sum of $125.00 plus a physician fee for an exami-
nation of-$15.00.
After allowing claims in the amount-of $94,6S3.7L on proper motion
.--i they adjourned.
