MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL SERVING AS A

COMMITTEE IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION_ OF THE
MJNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING & POMER PLANT
OF THE CITY OF RICIMOND, INDIANA.
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a
Committee in charge. of the operation of the Municipal Electric Lighting
and Power. Plant of the said City, met in the office of the Board of Works
Monday, February 15th, 1943,_ at 8:30 o 'clock P. M. Messrs. Brehm, Cart-
wright, Hibberd, Homan, Kinder, Marino, Russell, Tracy and Wilkins being
present the following proceedings were had to-wit;
Thr reading of the minutes of the preceding meeting was dispensed
with.
On a motion by Tracy with a second by Brehm , Council unanimously
approved. an agreement';iriththe-Radio-Station;.W KfV B for the broadcasting
of all the basketball games during the State Tournament, including the
Sectional, Regional and Finals.
After allowing claims in the amount of $126,Z4Z40.47 on proper
motion they adjourned.
