MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL,SERVING AS A •
COMMITTEE IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE
MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING AND POWER PLANT
• OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA.
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as
a Committee in charge of the operation of the Municipal Electric
Lighting and Power Plant of the said City , met in the office of the
Board of Works, Monday, July 20th, 1942, at S 30 o'clock P. M. Messrs.
Beeson , Cartwright, Hibberd, Homan, Huff, Kinder Tracy & 'Wilkins
being present the following proceedings were had to-wit;
The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed
IIIwith.'
Mrs Stevens gave a report on the revenue for the month of June
and stated the generation showed a small reduction on a .monthly
basis.
On the recommendation of Mr. Stevens , Mr.Hibberd moved that
$20,000.00 be transferred from.the Munici.a02`1IalearieLLigh.tingfland
Power-Plant- General,:,FundCash._to the,'Depreciation Reserve Fund Cash
and with a second by Mr. Homan the motion was approved and so ordered.
Mr. Stevens reported that he had expected a, report from Mr. Sporn
in regard to the inter-connection system with the American Gas and
Electric Company at any- time.

motion they adjourned.
