MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL,SERVING AS A
COMMITTEE IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE
MiUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING & POWER PLANT
OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA.
The Common Council of the City of Richmond,Indiana,serving as
Committee in charge of the operation of the Municipal Electric
Lighting & Power Plant of the said City, met in the office of the
Board of Works; Monday, January 5th, 1942, at 8:30 P. M. Messrs.
Beeson, Chambers, Hibberd, Homan, Kinder, Tracy, Weisbrod and
Wilkins being present, the following proceedings were had to-wit;
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Stevens recommended the transfer of the following appro-
priation balances to other accounts which had been overdrawn as of
December 31,• 1941, as follows;

Mr. Homan moved that the recommendation of Mr. Stevens be com-
plied with, and with a second by Wilkins the motion was approved.
