The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board on Friday Septem-
ber 6th9 19)79 at 10 o'Clock A. Y. All the members of said Board
being present: Messrs, :lerrill. O'Neal and Johnson. The following
proceedings were had, to -wit: -
The Board approves Prinary assessment rolls in the matter of

tFPP ouLyn1goth'sIdestthreof frO ' street to South "i" street as provided for by Improve-
ment Resolution NC. 154-1907, and for .the improvement of North
'B" street by the construction of cement sidewalks on both sides
thereof on the North side thereof from tie first alley East of
North lith street to North 12th street and on the south side thereof
from the first alley East of North 9th street to North llth street,
as provided for by Improvement Resolution NO. 3.09-1907.
The Board orders the Clerk to re -advertise for the improvements
provided for by Improvement Resolutions Numbered, 89-1907 and
106-1907.
The Board did then adjourn,

met in regular oes ion at the office of said Board or. Wed-
nesday September Alth, 19079 at to o'clock A. Y. All the

and -Johnson, The following proceedings were had, to-wit:-cNeal

Board most witl: tRe County Cormissloners and arrange for the
location of a site for the proposed bridge to be built in
the south part of the City, providing that the City may be
allowed to use sane for dumping purposes, referred to the
Board from Council was taken under advisement.
The recommendations from, Mr. llc;Iahan for lights at West 1st
and Lincoln ate, and West 2nd and 4th struts on Richmond
avenue, and hedge fenos at West 5th and National avenue.and
from Mr. Williams calling attention to steps at Starr Piano
works, and ditch at S•3rd and L etc, and from Yr. Burdsell
calling attention to pond In Linden avenue and dangerous con-
dition of oroseing of C. R. & I R. R. and from Mr. Bartel
oalling attention to dangerous sewer inlet at North 14th et,
and from Mr. Deuker for an are light at the intersection of
North 4th and °A° ate, and the petition for the removal of
Doles in the alley between North loth and 21st Streets from
North 0 stre^.t to first alley running East and west, were all
taken under advisement.
