met in regular session at the offloe of said Board on Friday
September S?th, 19079 at 10 01010!K A. We All the members of
said Board �eing present:- Mesere, Morrill. Johnson and Otlieal, TM
following Droewedinga_were had, to -wit: -

The Board mAfts to hear all persons Interested, or whose pro-
perty Is a:'_'Aoted by the following described public I=rovement:-
;nr improvement of tr.a al_ey hetw•,nn North 8th and 9th street
by the construction of a cement roadway to the full width thereof
from Borth 'A• street to Sailor street as provided for by Imp-
rovement Resolution, NO. 12a--19i7, Af�cr hearing all interested
persons who appeared, and being fully advised in the premi.ees,
the Board decidee that the benefits to property liable to be
assessed for said improve -gents are equal to the estltaated costs
of the acme as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and there-
upon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted,
the same being confirmed without modification,
