The Board of Public Yorks oX the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the oft'iee of said Board on Friday
October, 25th, 1907, at 10 O'Clock A, M, All the members of
said Board being present, Messrs, Merrill. O'Neal and Johnson,
The following proc=s3ings sere had, to -wit: -
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, from persons
primarily assessed on account of the improvement of North 9th
street by the construction of cement sidewalks on both sides
thereof from North °A' street to •Elm Place• as provided for by
Improvement Resolution NO. 114-1907, After hearing all persons
who appeared and being fully advised in the premises, the Board
aonroves a final assessment roll in said matter, confirming in
all things the original assessment roll as heretofore approved,
and orders same transmitted forthwith to the Department of
Finance,
The Board approves Prima Facie assessment rolls in the matter of
Improvement Resolution. NO, 113-1907, for the construction of
cement curbs and gutters on both sides thereof from North 7th
street to North 16th street: lmproverent Resolution N0, 12p�1907
for the improvement of South 22nd street by the Grading and
Graveling the roadway and the construction of cement sidewalks
and curbs and gutters on both sides thereof from Main street
to South "A° street: Improvement Resolution NO. 126-1907, for
the improvement of the East side of South 13th street by the
construction of cement sidewalks thereoh from South 02' street
to Lot NO. 5 East Oakland Addition,
The Board accepts Improvement of alley between North 8th and
9th street by the construction of a cement roadway therein from
North 'A' street to Sailor street as prlfDided for by ImProvenmt
Resolution N0, 128-1907, and orders assessment roll prepared.
The Board did then adjourn.

The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, Pros persona in

aing of an alley beginning at the southeast Corner of Lot 1

east corner of Lot 11 same subddvisiono thence North 20 feet to
place of beginning, Also beginning at the northwest corner of
Lot 10 Lombards subdivision, running thence south along t-e west
line of said lot to the Northwest corner of Lot 20 as me sub-
division, thence west 14 feet, thence North parallel with first
mentioned line to State street, thence East 14 feet to the place
of beginning: Ali as provided for by Dec,aratory Resolution NO,
27-1907, After hearing all persons who appeared, the Board decides
that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said
opening of said alleys could equal of eaeead the estimated cost
Of sane as reported by the City Civil Engineer. and thereupon
the Board takes final action on said Resolution, as originally
adopted, the s: me being confirmed without modification.
