The Board of Public Works of the City of Rictunond, Indiana,
net in regular session at the .office of said Board Iednesday
November 13th, 1907, dt 10 O'Clock A. Me All the nembers of
said Board being present, Ueasrs, Merrill. O'Neal and Johnson,
the following proco,dings were had, to -sit: -
The Board ap-.roves Primary assessment rolls in the matter of
the cor..-truatlon of sanitary sewer in the first alley East
of South 6th street from South_•H' stre A to South 'J° street,
as provided for by Improvement Resolution NO. 101-1907, and
for the construction of cement sidewalks on Hunt street, from
State street to School strt:et, as provided for by Improvement
Resolution NO. I!PT 1907.

Johnson. The follorring proce•;dings were had, to -wit:.
A Remonstrance was received signed by Jahn D. Vaughan and
others protesting against the amount of their aaseszments
for the innrove:nent of the alley between North 8th and 91;h
streets from North °A° street to Sailor street,ae provided
for by Improvement Resolution NO.- 128-1907.7he same was read
and placed o^ file.
Claims amounting to $2478.88 were allowed and ordered paid.
A cam.amlcatio^ was received from the P. C. C. 3 Ste Le RY,
requesting privilege to construct brick sidewalk and roadway
on the North side of North •D° str= t bet7e'n North 4th and
5th streets. The Board grants request provided that cement
