Me All the mombers of said Board, via Masers, Morrill. 0111cal and Johnson being present, the following prooeedings were had, to -wit: - The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any from persons primarily assessed on account of the construction of a sanitary sewer in the alley between South 6th and 7th streets from South IIH• street to South •J° street, as provided for by Improve.*rnt Resoiutioi: No. 101-1907, After hearing all persons who appeared, (Hersan E. Stein and James & Oliver He riy, and raising the assessments made against the pro- perty in the name of List and Klein. After such i.iodifieation the Board approves and adopts a final assessment roll in said matter, and orders same transmitted forthwith witl: the Department of Firance, ThP Board grants permission to the Be Co 0. & Ste Le R. The Board. unanimously adopts Declaratory Resolution 140, 20-1907, Providing for the opening of certain alleys in Lombards Sub - Division.
