Wednesday December 4th, 1907,
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board on Wed-
nesday December 4th, 1907, at 10 O'clock A. M. All the mem.
bers of paid Board being present: }fessrs, Merrill. O'Neal and
Johnson. The following proceedings were had, to -wit: -
The Board receives bids for the construction of sewer
known as Route No. 2, as provided for by Improvement Res-
olution NO. 131-19071 as follows: -

The Board unanirously awards contract for said work to
Lewis Hall,
The City Civil Engineer reports the completion of the
improvement of the alley between South 13th and 14th streets
by Grading, Graveling and Bouldering same from South "D"
street to South "E" street, the Board accepts same and
orders assessment r oll prepared.
The Board approves the Bond and contract of Philip Hip-
skind and Sons, and orders the Clerk to return their
certified check.

The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at tl:e office of said Board on Friday
December 6th, 1907, at 10 O'clock A. N6 All the members of

The Board approves a primary assessment roll in the matter
of the improvement of the alley between South 13th and 14th
struts by Grading, Graveling and Bouldering the same from
South "D" street to South "E" strent as provided for by Imp-
rovemont Resolution NO, 129.
A co;.uaunication was received from the Hoosier Drill Branch
of the American Seeding Machine Company requesting the
installing of a drinking fountain on North "E" otrent between
North 13th and 15th streeta, this matter was taken under
adviser;ent, and Engineer requested to prepare an estimate
as to cost of same.
The Board receives and accepts the resignation of, Charles
W. Stahr, as member of the Fire Department.
