The Board of Public Works of the City Of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the off'iee of uaid Board on Wed-
nesday December llth, 1907, at 10 0101ock A. H. All the
members of said Board bAir.g present, Messrs, Merrill,
o'iieal and Johnson. The following proceedings were had;
On request of James Heath, the Board grants pr_rmiscion
to him, (James Heath) to move a ten ton stone across; the
Doran Bridle.
The Board appoints Alfred Kutter a member of tie Fire
Departriert, to fill vacancy caused by the resignation.

The Board accepts proposition of, I. B. MUT h, ($11.00
per t;ousand at Bridge site for joists at Doran Bridge)
The Board allows the claim of , the Re-inforced Concrete
Pipe Company of Jackson Michigan, for 412�.10 for 111
feF.t of pipe.
The Board allows L. 11, Jones, $100.00 as partial estimte
for laying flooring at Dor= Bridge.

The Board me^ts to hear all persons interested or Whose
property will be effected by reason of the opening of
certain alleys In Lombard's Ad,..ition as provided for by
Declaratory Resolution NO, 28-19079 After hearing all
persons who appeared, (No one appeared) The Board being
fully advised in the preLllses, approves said Resolution
confirming in all things the original Resolution as here-
tofore adopted.
The Board allows, L. If. Jones a300.00 (Eetirate N0. 2)
on account o: the flooring of the Doran Bridge.
