Wednesday December 18th, 1907,
The Board. of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board, Wednesday
December 18th, 1907, at'10 O'Clock A. Me All the members of said
Boarcj_, Messrs, Mer ill, O'Neal and Johnson being present, the
following proce^dings were had, to-v:it:-
The Board approves the Bond of Leivis Hall for the construction
of sewer contract known as "Route NO, 2, as provided for by
Dzprovenent Resolution NO, 131-19070
The Board meets to hear remonstrancestt if any, from persons
primarily assessed on account of the improvement of the alley
between South 13th and 14th streetst by Grading, Graveling and
bouldsring the roadway and the construction of a three brick
center gutter therein fro* South "D" street to South "E" street,
as provided for by Improvement Resolution NO. 129-1907, After
hearing all those who appeared, (No one remonstrating) the Board
approves a final as es=.ont roll in said matter, confirming in
all things the original assessment roll heretofore approved, and
orders same transmitted forthwith with the Department of Finance,
Claims amounting to, $3278.76 were allowed and ordered paid.

Board decides to
order a
drinking
fountain
to be located
at
the intersection
of North
15th
and.
"E" streets.
The Board did then adjourn.

of said Board being present, bleeers, Merrill, o'Neal and
Johnson, The following proceedings were had, to-

The City ISngrine ,r presents and the Board approves specifications
for the improvement of "Potters Finld'„
The Engineer was instructed to present a report to the Board
as to the cost of placing a vault in his ( The Engineer's)
office at -the next melting of the Board,
The Board awards contract for carbon to, National Carbon 00,
for one year,
The Board then adjourns to meet in regular
ses-.ion December 27th, 1907.
