'Resolved, that the West Richmond Improvement
Asoocia-lo:. most heartily approves the Course of the Comi:on
Council and Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond
in regard to the proposals recently rmde to them by the
Rich•:on3 L1>ht Heat h Power Con )any looking to th(A purchase
by said corL-pary of the ]Suni^lp;a Lit•ht Plant.'
The Board approves the kind of construction proposed by
Phil'_p Hipskind h Sons, under contract fob the construction
of serer kno--n as 'Route NO. 1• az provided for by Improvement
Resolution 110. 13�1907.

The following agreement was then aubritted and approved by
the Board: -
