met in regular session at the Office of said Board on Friday
February 28th,19ORat 10 0'Clock A.M. All the Members of
said Board being present: Mes.:rs,Johnson, and O'Neal.
The following proceodingo were had to -wit: -
The Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids for the
construction of Cross Walks dnring the year beginning April
1st, 1908 and ending March.31st,1909,
The Board did then adjourn.

Ur Johnson placed Ur Staubach in nomination for the office of
President of the Board of Public Works,Mr O'Neal seconded the
nomination,ele-ition of Mr Staubach was taken by consent of Er
Johnson and Mr O'Neal,
The Board did then adjourn.
