The Board decides to place•Chemical 'rank° on No.l Nose Wagon
and repair and paint the same, also to paint the buggy used by
the •Chief of the Department**
The Board approves and signs an agreement with the "Richmond I!ome
Telephone Company; providin,[ for the City attaching the wires of
the Uunicipal Flectric Lighting & Power Plant, to any and all of
the poles of said Company in the City, dated the 29th day of May,
1908,
The Board approves the bond and contract of John F.Cronin for the
eonstru,tion of a sanitary sewer, in alley between Soutij 7th and
8th streets, from just North of Rout'c J street to E;outh L street,
as provided for by Improvement Resolution 110,134-1908,
Claims to the amount of E7.210.21 a r(2 allowed and ordered paid.
The Board did teen adjourn.

The Board receives a remonstrance against the improvement of the
alley between Richmond Ave & Laurel street and Sheridan street
and Firat street, by grading, graveling, and bouldering, and..1 brick
center, as provided for by Improvement Resolution No.142.1908
thereupon thn board postpones further action on this contemplated
improvement Indefinitely.
The Board approves a Primary assessment roll in the natter of the
improvement of South 16th street, by constructing Cement Sidewalk
(7) feet In width on the West side thereof, from South A street to
South C street, as provided for by Improvement Resolution No.135.

of $20,009 the City 'of 01 chmond's dues for the year ending
December 1st, 19080
