attention to bad condition of east end of concrete dam, located
South of the Main street bridge, same was referred to Frigineer,
The Board orders Resolution and plans for the improv ®nt of
Main street, from South let street west to east end oil Main
street bridge, by constructing Cement sidewalk, and Curb and
Gutter, on the South side thereof.
-he Board unanimously adopts Improvement Resolution No,144-1908,
yroviding for the construction of u sewer in Railroad street, fros
North. 16th street to alley between North l8th and 19th streets,
and in alley between Nortr 18th and 19 streets, from Railroad
street to a point about 312 feet south, and in alley between
North 17th and 18th streets, from Railroad street to a point
about 275 feet south•
The Board did then adjourn.

met In regular session at the office of said Board on Friday
June 26th, 1908, at 10 O'clock A,U, The following members of
said Board being prnsent: Messrs ,Staubach and O'Neal,absent Johr.a.:.,

The Board meets to hear all persona interested or whose property
Is affected by the following described public improvement:
Improvement Resolution No.143-1908, providing for the improvement
Of 'outh A street, from South end street to South 18th street st by
constructing Cement curb and gutters and Cement sidewalk, (6/ feet
In width, on both aides thereof except on the portions of said
street where cement construction of good quality already exists,
after hearing all persons Interested who appeared, and being fully
advised In the remises the Board postpones further action on said
Resolution until Wednesday July 1st, 19080
A petition was resented for the opening and extension of an alley
between Couti, 4th and 5th streets, from south
