Friday June 26th, 1908.
The City civil Engineer reported the com4letion of the contract
under Improvement Resolution No.134-19089 providing; for the
construction of a sewer beginning at the end of the present
sewer in the alley between South 7th and 8th streets, just North
of South J street, oxtending thence south across J street and
Lot 29, Fred Von Peins addition, and along the alley in the rear
of Lots 26 to 16 in said addition to South L street, the Roard
ao:epts the same and orders assessment roll prepared.
The Board adopts Improvement Resolution No.145-1908, providing
for the Improvement of South 12th street, from South F street
to South H street, by constructing Cement sidewalks (6) feet In
width, or, both sides thereof.
'rhe Loard adopts Improvement Resolution No.146-1908, providing
f'or the improvement of Main street, from South First street
West to the East end of the ]lain street bridge, by constructing
Cement sidewalk, and Cement curb and gutter on the South side
thereof.
The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of the contract
under Improvement Resolution No.136-1908, providing for the
improvement of the first alley south of ]fain streot running east
and west, between South 213t street and South 22nd street, by
grading graveling and bowldering, and 3 brick center, the Board
accepts the same and orders asseosment roll prepared.
The City Civil Engineer reported the completion oithe contract
under Improvement Resolution No.137-1908, providing for the
Improvement of the alley between South 213t street and South
22nd street, running North anal. South from the first alley south
of Main street to the south terminal, thence east to South 22nd
street, by grading, graveling and borldering, and 3 brick center
the Board accepts. the same and orders assessment roll prepared.
The Board did then adjourn.

Pursuant to postponement the hoard taken up the matter of the
proposed improvement of South A street, from South 2nd street to
South 18th street, by constructing cement curb and gutters and
cement sidewalks as provided for by Improvement Resolution N0,143-
1908. on notion further action under said resolution was postponed
indefinitely.
The Board meets to hear remonstrancea, if any, from persons
primarily assessed on account of the Improvement of South 8th street,
from South 11 street to South J street, by constructing Cement side-
walks (G ) Feet in width on both sides, as providers for by Improvemer'
Resolution No.140-1908. After hearing all persons who appeared, the
Board approves a final assessment roll as heretofore approved, and
orders same transmitted forthwith to the Department of Finance.
The Board approves a Primary assessment roll in the matter of the
construction of a sewer, beginning at the end of the present sewer
in the alley between South 7th and 8th streets, just ]forth of South
J street, oxtending thence south across J street and Lot 29 Fred
Von Pefna addition, and along the alley in the rear of Lots 26 to 11_
In said addition to South L street, as provided for by Improvement
Resolution Iio.1:54-1908.
