WHEREAS, The Richmond Stormwater Board passed an annual budget for calendar year 2023
on August 23rd, 2022 and,
WHEREAS, funds for particular capital improvement projects that were included in the 2022 Budget
were not encumbered for 2022,
WHEREAS, these particular capital improvement projects will now be initiated in 2023,
WHEREAS, it has been determined it is now necessary to appropriate additional sums of money to
certain funds so they are available for use within the 2023 annual budget.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Richmond Stormwater Board that the additional
appropriations are hereby approved for the funds as indicated:
1. Stormwater Fund 6501 $68,000.00
Account: Professional Services
6501-0502-301.3120
2. Stormwater Fund 6501 $8,000.00
Account: Contractual Services
6501.0502.301.3990
3. Stormwater Fund 6501 $2,200.00
Account: General Supplies
6501-0502-202-2410
