FOR RICHMOND POWER &
SPECIAL MEETING
MARCH 20, 2023
The I oard of Directors for Richmond Power & Light Plant met in a Special session on
March 20, 2023, immediately following the regular meeting of the Richmond Common
Council., in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building in said City. Chairperson
Parker j)resided.
ROLL CALL:
Board members present were Doug Goss, Lucinda Wright, Bill Engle, Jeff Cappa, Jeffrey
Locke, Gary Turner, Jane Bumbalough, Ron Oler and Larry Parker.
Also present were: Tony Foster, General Manager; Andrew Sickmann, Corporate Council;
Karen Chasteen, City Clerk; and, Media.
Due to bid requirements not being met, Board Member Turner moved to reject all bids
for contract mowing received at the March 6, 2023 meeting, supported by Board .Member
Wright. Upon a vote viva voce, the motion carried.
This being done, pursuant to Indiana Code 5-22-10-10, Richmond Power and Light may
go into the open market and negotiate.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business and a motion duly made, the meeting was adjourned.
