RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER
WHEREAS, on August 9, 1999, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret approved a contract to P&H Construction in the amount of
$109,300.00; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has informed the Governing Body that a
modification of the contract is reasonable and necessary; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has further certified that said modifications were
unforseen at the time of the original contract was awarded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of $8,865.78 is hereby
added from the original contract and payment of the modified amount is hereby
approved.
Adopted this 2nd day of December, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on December 3, 1999.
