AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1.08.030 OF THE MOAB MUNICIPAL CODE
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOAB CITY AS
FOLLOWS:
That Section 1.08.030 is hereby amended to read as follows:
1.08.030 Class B Misdemeanor. All violations of the
city code are classified as Class B Misdemeanors, punishable by a
fine of not to exceed the sum of One Thousand Dollars, or by
imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed six
months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
