APPOINTING LT. JAMES V. HOJECKI TO THE POSITION OF
PROVISIONAL POLICE CAPTAIN
WHEREAS, there is an opening in the position of Provisional Police Captain in
the Police Department of the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to fill said position;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that
,JAMES V. HOJECKI
is hereby appointed to the position of Provisional Police Captain in the Police
Department of the Borough of Carteret, effective immediately.
Adopted this 2nd day of December, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 3, 1999.
