THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, TUESDAY, JANUARY 3, 2006
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana met prior to the regular session
Tuesday, January 3, 2006, in the Council Chambers in said City. President Bruce Wissel
presided with the following Councilors present: Howard "Jack" Elstro, Etta Lundy, Bruce Wissel,
Karl Sharp, Larry Parker, Al Glover, Gil Klose and Diana Pappin. The following business was
conducted:
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
President Wissel opened the floor for nominations for offices of President and Vice President of
the Common Council for 2006.
Councilor Welch moved to nominate Councilor Sharp as President with a second by Councilor
Parker. Upon a vote viva voce, the motion passed.
Councilor Parker moved to nominate Councilor Welch as Vice President with a second by
Councilor Wissel. Upon a vote viva voce, the motion passed.
CALL FOR ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, on a motion duly made, seconded and passed, the meeting
was adjourned.
