THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, TUESDAY, JANUARY 4, 2005
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana met prior to the regular session
Tuesday, January 4, 2005, in the Council Chambers in said City. President Larry Parker presided
with the following Councilors present: Howard "Jack" Elstro, Bruce Wissel, Karl Sharp, Larry
Parker, Al Glover, Gil Klose and Dianna Pappin. Absent was Etta J. Lundy. The following
business was conducted:
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
President Parker asked for nominations for offices of President and Vice President of the
Common Council for 2005.
Councilor Welch moved to nominate Councilor Wissel as President with a second by Councilor
Sharp. The motion carried with a unanimous voice vote.
Councilor Sharp nominated Councilor Pappin as Vice President with a second by Councilor
Welch. The motion carried with a unanimous voice vote.
CALL FOR ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, on a motion duly made, seconded and passed, the meeting was
adjourned.
