THE CITY OF RICHMOND,INDIANA,MONDAY, MARCH 7,2005
There was an Executive Session of the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana on Monday,
March 7, 2005, in the Council Chambers in said City. President Bruce Wissel presided and the following
business was conducted:
ROLL CALL
Councilors present were Howard "Jack" Elstro, Etta Lundy, Bruce Wissel, Karl Sharp, Bing Welch, Al
Glover, Gil Klose and Diana Pappin. Absent was Larry Parker.
Per I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B), there was discussion of the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either
pending or has been threatened specifically in writing.
No subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the subject matter specified in the
public notice.
