The Court set a remote hearing on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at 1:30 p.m., and the hearing can be accessed using the

If you would like your point of view to be presented to the Court, that opportunity requires you to access the link at 1:30
p.m. and to advise the Court of your desire to testify. There will then be a delay of approximately 60 minutes while the
attorney for Mr. O'Boyle presents his evidence and testimony (you do not need to remain on the zoom link during this
60-minute period).
Based on the current circumstances, I expect to call you as a witness at approximately 3 p.m. and for your testimony to
last only about 15 minutes. Your total time commitment is likely to be less than 30 minutes, and if accommodations are
needed as to timing, the Court is typically willing to provide them.
If you cannot make any arrangements that allow you to attend the remote hearing, the Court will likely require the
Town to proceed without your testimony.
