Ms. Morris:
Thank you for your email.
It is possible that the Court will conduct a hearing this week and that no depositions will be needed.
Please let me know if you are able to set aside 1 hour of your time on the afternoon of Thursday, February 10, 2022, to
attend a hearing by zoom (most likely at 3 p.m.). If you can accommodate that scheduling, the court would send a link
allowing you to use a personal computer, a tablet, or even a smartphone to attend the hearing virtually and provide
your testimony about your observations.
Thank you for your assistance. My contact information is below.

Good Afternoon Mr. Hochman,
Mr. Dunham and Mr. Nazzaro called me today to let me know about the O'Boyle deposition.
I will be out of the country on our yacht through the end of February. There is no one at our home in Gulf Stream to
receive any certified mail as well. Our internet is spotty so a ZOOM deposition would be impossible. I will be back in
Florida full time about March 1st.
If you need a more formal response from me in regard to this matter please let me know.
You can call me on my cell at 201-988-3607 service permitting.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Morris
