Hello Mr. Dunham. Please forward this letter to Scott Morgan. As you well know we are 1000% against any lights on ANY
pilings. I’ve reached out to Mr. Martin that his couple of lights are against code. We noticed them 2 weeks ago when we
went for a boat ride. Unfortunately for Mr. Martin they will have to be removed. The Wallace’s, as we understand town
code are still grandfathered. However we would not be against having them

Joe – I hope this email finds you well. I hope you and your family enjoy the holiday season.
Joe, I am looking to put the “finishing touches“ on my house; and, more particularly, the dock.
I have had the top of the piling wired for lights, identical to the lights that I had on the dock before we removed them
when we did the renovation.
Needless to say, the town is giving me a hard time.
Joe, I just want to finish things up and make them look good.
As you know, the house immediately adjoining yours has lights on top of their pilings, and the Martin home at the end of
the canal at the intercoastal also had lights on their dock.
I wish to get back to the town and try to urge them to allow me to install the lights, without further litigation and cost to

both me and the taxpayers (which includes me).
Following, before doing so, I would like to know that you have no objection; or, if you do, what your objection is and if
and how I could overcome it.
