Hi Greg,
As per Gulf Stream town code 66-369 item 6g Mr. O'boyle has no legal right to any lights on his dock pilings. As noted
based on this code Mr. Martin is in violation. I plan to speak with him tomorrow. Is the Wallace property grandfathered?
We would challenge, based on the current circumstance they should be compelled to remove their piling lights.
