Good Morning Mr Dunham,
As predicted Marty did what Marty does best. My husband politely asked he turn his lighst off after 11 pm to be a nice
neighbor and this is what he does. Class act he is! Our daughter had to sleep with eye shades on last night it was so
bright in her upstairs bedroom.
We wanted this documented. I’m sure he’ll do better tonight. Imagine if he had 100 watt bulbs lights on top of each of
those pilings? His old 5 piling lights were on ALL NIGHT LONG years ago. I have photos of that too!
Maybe the town needs to redress getting tougher on code violations and fines. Being a nice neighbor means nothing
anymore. On that note, our new ladder has been ordered and is in stock. Hopefully no later than next week our boat will
be moved to comply with the town code. We apologize for any inconvenience.
