Hello Greg
Sadly Mr. Martin is digging his heels in. He feels since he got his permits and CO he has no obligation to comply to our
request to comply to the town code. I did point out to him, he is in violation of the code.
We are lodging a formal complaint as to Mr. Martin's illegal dock lights. Please move forward as you see fit.
