It dangles 99% of the time hanging by a rusty thread but not yesterday! At 3:00 am I was up and took a photo of the O'boyle residence glowing like Rockefeller Center, as it does daily from dusk to dawn. I then peered around the corner of our dock and noticed the Wallaces' piling lights were off as were the colored lights. I am deducing they sent someone over to shut the lights off and that is who closed the mailbox door. I have to look at sundown tonight to see if they are not going on at all. I am guessing the lights might be on one system. However there is a very, very bright spotlight on the east side of the house that was on. That one shines right into our parking courtyard. My husband, the night owl, told me the Wallaces' lights are usually on all night like O'boyles. So maybe they have complied! Also I saw O'boyle yesterday morning talking to one of his contractors. O'boyle seems to show up once every 10 days or so for an hour then he leaves. I could tell they were talking about the piling lights. I think he was very, very surprised to see the Toscani and Street docks lights were removed. He wanted to use them as his 'permission' to put up new lights. I KNEW he was going to do that. That was the reason I informed and insisted those lights be removed! Progress! I'll be down later this morning with my $ 3.00 to get two copies of the Lemon Hill boundary survey. Jennifer 1
