A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM PART C-4 and PART R-3 TO C-4
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 5309 and 5501 National Road East and legally described as follows, to wit:
Pt. SW QR Sec 36-14-1 8.6 A; and
Pt SW QR Sec 36-14-1 5.444 A; and
Pt SW QR Sec 36-14-1 0.68A.
as a C-4 and R-3 as outlined on Exhibit A; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate’s zoning designation to
a C-4 Commercial District in order to allow the owner to market and sell said real estate for commercial use.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a C-4 Commercial District.
Passed and Adopted this 19th day of December , 2005, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
