He does have a permit for the dock. They are calling me back about the lights. I did print out a copy of town code Sec. 66-369. Clearly what he is doing is against code. I spoke with 3 of his workers last evening and they insisted a certified electrician did the work and they had an electrical permit. I understand permits are public knowledge so I am requesting that from Delray. Please keep us informed as to how the town is handling this. Not to beat a dead horse BUT we will NOT tolerate 15 lights blaring all night long. We, residents of Hidden Harbour, have put up with ENOUGH with O'boyle.. Ten year of this between 23 N and the house on S Hidden Harbour. We have been more than patient: Streit's, Martin's, Toscani's, Neeves and Carmilani. It is clear to all of us that the town code enforcement has very little teeth. Unless there are financial penalties there is very little incentive to comply. Sadly being a nice neighbor doesn't seem to matter in America anymore. Thank you, Jennifer 1
