Good Morning Greg,
We would like to better understand who can do what to the canopy. From what I am hearing the north & south sides of
HH Drive and the canopy are under different control. I'm not 100% sure of the details. The north side, because of the
deal made when the 6 acre subdivision was permitted and adheer to their HOA rules. Hence Mr. Carmilani does not
answer to the town after what he did to the canopy along his property line. Is that true?
We would really like to know specifically how the south side is owned, controlled and managed.
Does the town manage /own the 10 ft along the road or does Mr. Benjamin? Who has the authority to touch the
canopy whether its ground level, trees or branches?
As I noted in my March 27th email John, Benjamin's property manager told me they were given permission by the town
to clear the lower underbrush of the canopy on the south side of Hidden Harbour. Is that true? If this is true then I can
surmise that the town does control the canopy and they can not touch it without Gulf Stream permission.
I ask these questions in part because of details and comments on thesubmitted landscape drawing at the March 25th
meeting.
