then the prciezt letting daevoae moved to Decernbe-2023. Clark Dietz will resubmit final tracings in August 2023.
To prepa-e for the December 2023 letting,Cia-k Dietz will:
1.Reengage with utilities docut upd.: schedule aid update won<pi als as needed for nevi letting dae
2. Wcrk with the I NDOT Area Ervinee-for updated Contract Letting Prep Document and incorporate items,Tecia provisions,and plat
updates as needed
3, RBA AN INDOT Deagn and Caislructi on M ems from the past two yars,in addition to reviewing 2021 plats,items,aid special
proviSons,confirming consilency between those plats and I NDOT's most recent updated guidance
4. Update Recurring Specid Provision Menu and Recurring Special Provisions to current letting date
5. Update Cost Esti mate
6. Perform Quality Control cf deliverables
7. Re-upload documents to ERMS
