A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
THE APPROPRIATION OF $71,044 FROM THE WATER
STREET LIGHTING FUND TO COVER THE EXPENSES
EXPENDITURES FOR FY 2014 -15
LYNWOOD APPROVING
FUND, GENERAL FUND,
FOR THE EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, Section 6- 3.13(a)(1) of the Lynwood Municipal Code allows for an
exception from the formal or informal bid process when an emergency requires that an
order be placed with the most available source of supply; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department incurred certain costs relating to
emergency work.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council authorizes the following appropriation to defray
the cost of the emergency work as follows: ,

Section 2. That -the City .Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this
Resolution.
