A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO TRANSFER BUDGETED
AMOUNTS ($270,402) FOR GENERAL FUND SALARIES AND BENEFITS FOR
CERTAIN VACANT POSITIONS TO THE REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE LINE ITEM
(1011.60.745.63025) FOR NATATORIUM REPAIRS
WHEREAS, maintenance of facilities can extend the life of City facilities; and
WHEREAS, 'proper maintenance of facilities allow employees to do their jobs and
reduce operational down times that may arise from poorly operating facilities; and
WHEREAS, to take advantage of the winter down time of the. Natatorium facility,
staff recommends scheduling repairs and professional cleaning of the Natatorium
facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council authorizes the City Manager or designee to
transfer ($270,402) budgeted amounts for General Fund salaries and benefits for
certain vacant positions to the repairs and
maintenance line item (1011.60.745.63025)
for Natatorium repairs) as follows:

Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
