Is this correct? I did note to his property manager (John?) that by doing that they exposed the entire property and negated the privacy that that underbrush gave them. We now can clearly see into their front yard as we drive by. On any given day there are 5-6 trucks, a boat or two on a trailer and of course an empty trailer or two. This "not native" talking point seems to be a common theme for the Benjamin's and a valid reason to remove any plants they do not care for. Sadly this is also the same viewpoint of Mr. Carmilani. All this talk about creating a screening on the north side of "native plants" that will blend with the canopy and sanctuary is all just talk. It's abundantly clear from what they have said and done they don't like what the canopy or the sanctuary look like so why would they mimic it? Maybe at the next meeting we will see more professional drawings. I would suggest Mr. Benjamin hirer who ever did Mark Marsh's computer conceptuals. When is the next meeting? April 22nd? Thank you, Jennifer Morris 1
