AUTHORIZING THE SOLICITATION OF REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS
FOR CONSULTING SERVICES, POLICE DEPARTMENT POLICIES AND
PROCEDURES UPDATE AND ACCREDITATION BY N.J. STATE
ASSOCIATION OF CHIEFS OF POLICE
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret would like to seek proposals for consulting
services with regard to the Borough Police Department Policies and Procedures update
and accreditation by the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. That the Borough is hereby authorized and directed to solicit
Requests for Proposals for the Borough of Carteret Police
Department Policies and Procedures update and accreditation
by the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police in
accordance with the Fair and Open Process established by law
and as implemented by the Borough.
