I have attached the deed for the road that was provided by Mr Benjamin’s attorney last year, the most recent
deed/transfer, and one from 1998 that describes “restrictions and matters appearing on the plat or otherwise common
to the subdivision” at the bottom of page 1. The later two I pulled from the Palm Beach County Clerk’s Office website.
Those and additional records are available at the Palm Beach County Clerk’s Office website, Official Records Search, at

There are also links to the previous deeds on the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser’s office. The Lemon Hill
