HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 2011-06-03 Approving the Vacation of a Portion of the Utility Easement Recorded at Reception No 2008-007838 Per the Final Plat of the Village at Grand Park-Filing 2, Lot 12AA RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF THE UTILITY EASEMENT RECORDED AT RECEPTION NO. 2008 007838 PER THE FINAL PLAT OF THE VILLAGE AT GRAND PARK FILING 2, LOT 12A TRACT D AT RECEPTION NO. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER, COLORADO THAT: The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby approves the vacation of 88.67 square feet of the utility easement (see attached legal description and exhibit map) recorded at reception no. 2008 -00783 with the following conditions: 1. Payment of all applicable fees 2. Execution of all documents within 90 days of the date of adoption of this Resolution. If such conditions are not satisfied, the approval provided by this resolution is no longer valid. DULY MOVED, SECONDED AND ADOPTED THIS 15 DAY OF JUNE, 2011.
